Website Questions

To contact LT, just use the Contact page and select LT from the Send To drop down.

To send your pictures for LT to display in his videos of yourself with his gear or pins on, just use the Contact page and select Photos – Upload your photos in your AWK Gear & Pins from the Send To drop down.

We only allow image file size of 2MB or smaller for upload. If your image is too large, you will need to resize it. Here is a link to a simple online program to quickly resize your image.

You can only upload the following file types, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .gif. We do not allow .pdf or any other image formats.

If you have questions or a problem with the And We Know website, just use the Contact page and select Webmaster – Website questions or report problems from the Send To drop down. Please do not send those to LT as he gets so many messages, your web site message might get over looked.

There are many things that cause video buffering. Rather than to list them all here, this is a link to a great article on what causes it and how to fix it.

After you have read and tired the fixes listed in the link above and are still having problems, please send us the following, the video link you are trying to view, how often it buffers and if you have tried to fix it already and what steps you took. We will look into the issue if there is one and get back to you.

Ordering Products

To order AWK clothing or hats, just click on the AWK Gear link at the top of the page Menu and you will be taken to Right To Print who prints all of my gear.

If you have questions or a problem with your order and need to contact Right To Print, just use the Contact page and select AWK Gear – Contact Right To Print from the Send To drop down.

Just click The Patriot Pin at the top of the page Menu and you will be taken to The Patriot Pin page, then you can select the pins you want from there.

To contact The Patriot Pin, just use the Contact page and select The Patriot Pin – Contact The Patriot Pin from the Send To drop down.

If one or more of your pins was damaged in shipping, take pictures of the damaged item(s) and the front and back of the envelope. Then The Patriot Pin, just using the Contact page and select The Patriot Pin – Contact The Patriot Pin from the Send To drop down. You can also include your images there.
